  • Please give at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment — no charge will apply.
  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your appointment, or on the same day, will incur a £10 cancellation fee.
  • Missed appointments will be charged in full.
  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and charged in full.
